Do I need an appointment?

Both work! We recommend booking to guarantee your spot and a time that suits you. But if our schedule allows, we’re also happy to welcome walk-ins.

How do I book an appointment?

It’s simple: book online in a few clicks, or call us at (819) 372-0503.

What are your opening hours?

We welcome you Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’re closed on Sundays.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

You’ll find us at 5435 boulevard des Forges in Trois-Rivières. Parking is available on site.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, as well as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What happens if I’m late?

It happens, we understand. If our schedule allows, we’ll see you without any trouble. However, if another appointment follows yours, we can accommodate a delay of about ten minutes at most, out of respect for everyone’s time. Beyond that, you may need to rebook. Best to call us if you think you’ll be late.

Can I bring my children?

Of course, children are welcome. We even offer a polish service for kids at $20, so they can leave with pretty nails too.

Do you speak English?

Yes. We’re happy to serve you in both French and English.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! A gift card is a way to give someone a moment of relaxation all their own. They’re available right at the salon.

Is cleanliness a priority for you?

Absolutely, it’s one of the comments we hear most often. Our tools are cleaned and disinfected after every client, and you can even have your own personal kit. To learn everything, visit our Cleanliness page.
