Terms and Conditions

Lotus & Vernis is a nail salon located at 5435 boulevard des Forges, in Trois-Rivières, Quebec. You can reach us at (819) 372-0503.

We offer manicures, pedicures, nail extensions and fills, along with various add-ons. A full description of each service is on our Services page.

Our online booking tool lets you choose a service, a date and a professional. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation.

The amount shown when you book is an estimate. The final price depends on the service actually provided and is confirmed at the salon. Payment is made on site; we do not collect any payment online.

We do not charge any cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know as early as possible by phone, as a courtesy to us and to other clients.

Repeated no-shows without notice may be taken into account for your future bookings.

We hold your spot for as long as we can. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to respect the appointments that follow, or offer you another time.

You are responsible for telling us about any allergy, sensitivity or health condition (such as a nail infection or injury) before the service begins. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service for health or safety reasons.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If an issue related to our work appears within 3 days of your appointment, come back and see us: we’ll fix it at no charge. This guarantee does not cover normal wear or accidental breakage.

Our gift cards are sold at the salon. In accordance with Quebec law, they have no expiry date and carry no fees. They can be redeemed for our services but cannot be exchanged for cash. Simply present it at your appointment.

Prices shown on our website and in the booking tool are in Canadian dollars and provided for information. Applicable taxes are added. Prices may change without notice; the price that applies is the one in effect at the time of your appointment.

All content on the site (text, photos, logo, layout) belongs to Lotus & Vernis or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.

We provide our services with care and professionalism. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen reactions or indirect damages arising from a service, except in the case of our own fault. This clause does not limit the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Trois-Rivières, Quebec.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on this page, with its update date shown at the top.
